Fees and Payment
The physician's fee for a new patient is usually between $60 and $185. With the exceptions of Medicare and Public Aid patients, we require payment at the time of service for the office visit. Other services, such as x-rays, braces, casts and other miscellaneous items may be in addition to the professional fee. We also accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard.
Insurance
To make it easier for our patients to get the care they need and deserve, we participate in as many insurance plans as possible.
For your convenience, your insurance claims will be filed by our insurance department. In some cases, your insurance reimbursement may not cover the full amount of services provided. Regardless of insurance payment, the balance of the charges remains your personal responsibility. If you do not have insurance, your account will be considered "self-pay," and payment will be due at the time of service.
Below is a list of plans and networks in which we participate. This list may change from time to time, so we ask that you reference it before prior to scheduling your next visit. If you do not see your plan / network listed, we may still be providers. Please call our office or your plan to check.
Workers Compensation
We are BWC providers. Please bring all workers' compensation paperwork, including your claim number, card, and any other pertinent information, including primary insurance information, with you to your visit.
